New York by JR

A striking look at New York through the eyes of internationally renowned artist JR, known for transforming streets and public spaces with his monumental black-and-white photographic installations.

For nearly two decades, JR’s work has appeared throughout the city, turning buildings, landmarks, and unexpected corners into open-air galleries. This beautifully photographed book brings together some of his most memorable New York projects, including his work at Ellis Island, while exploring the people, places, and communities at the heart of his art.

Equal parts art book and love letter to the city, it’s a beautiful addition to the coffee table and an inspiring look at the ways art can completely transform the places around us.
